    Présentation:   L'ISF a été fondée le 4 Juin 1972 à Beaufort, Luxembourg. Il a été mis en place pour répondre à l'absence déchirante de possibilités pour les jeunes dans l'enseignement secondaire (âgés de 14 à 17) de se rencontrer sur le plan sportif.

    Introduction:   Réalisations passées et développements futursL'ISF, depuis sa création, a été reconnu par de nombreuses autorités scolaires nationales et internationales et les organisations, et a pris sa place parmi les fédérations sportives internationales. Il s'agit d'un membre de AGFIS et est reconnu parle Comité international olympique (CIO). L'ISF est aujourd'hui une fédération mondiale couvrant les cinq continents.

    Objectifs et limites:   L'ISF est la Fédération internationale des organismes officiels du sport scolaire dans les différents pays ou des organisations représentatives où il n'y a pas un fonctionnaire. Il organise des compétitions internationales dans les disciplines sportives différentes et encourage les concours entre les élèves en vue de promouvoir une meilleure compréhension mutuelle. Il recherche une collaboration étroite avec les autorités scolaires des pays membres, avec les fédérations sportives internationales concernées, et avec les organisations internationales ayant des buts similaires.

    Compétitions Présentation:  Les principaux sports d'équipe : basket-ball, football, handball et volley-ball - forment la base de compétitions sportives dans les tournois biennales. Les équipes scolaires, composés de membres de la même école, participer à des compétitions internationales.

    Comment l'ISF est entré en vigueur:  Autour des années 1960, des concours internationaux de sportifs entre les écoles étaient à la hausse. Outre des rencontres occasionnelles et fortuites entre deux ou plusieurs écoles, des tournois ont commencé à être organisés régulièrement dans les différentes disciplines: le handball à partir de 1963, en volley-ball à partir de 1969, dans le football un an plus tard et à partir de 1971 également en basket-ball.

Presentation: THE ISF was established on June 4th, 1972 to Beaufort, Luxembourg. He(it) was set up to answer the heart-rending absence of possibilities for the young people in the secondary education (old from 14 to 17) to meet on the sports plan.

Introduction: past Realizations and future developments THE ISF, since its creation, was recognized by numerous national and international school authorities and organizations, and took its place among the international sports federations. It is about a member(limb) of AGFIS and is recognized speak International Olympic Committee (CIO)((NATIONAL CAREERS GUIDANCE CENTRE)). THE ISF is a world federation today covering five continents.

Objective and limit : THE ISF is the international Federation of the official bodies of the school sport in the various countries or the representative organizations where there is no state employee. He(it) organizes international competitions in the different sports and encourages the competitions between the pupils to promote a better mutual understanding. He(it) looks for a close collaboration with the school authorities of member countries, with the concerned international sports federations, and with the international organizations having similar purposes.

Competitions : The main team sports: basketball, football, handball and volleyball - train(form) the base(basis) of sporting events in the tournaments biennial events. The school teams, consisted of members of the same school, to participate in international competitions

How the ISF came into effect : around 1960s, sportsmen's international competitions between schools were for the increase. Besides occasional and fortuitous meetings between two or several schools, tournaments began to be regularly organized in the various disciplines: the handball from 1963, in volleyball from 1969, in the football one the year later and from 1971 also in basketball.
